Pega Upgrade 8.6.4 to Infinity 23

We found below articles for Pega 8.X update to Pega infinity. Anything else we need to prepare?

We'd also like to check if we have any tool similar to modernization app that we can install to scan our existing installation prior to upgrade?

Can we also request for a copy of the war file for upgrade installation.
