Issue in Opening a case from email correspondence , After upgarding in PEGA 8.6
As per our business use case ,from email ,user will click on case id link and Pega Log in screen will come . Once they give User id /Pwd -->Default end user portal tagged their access group will be launched and the corresponding case will be opened . All users are having a operator id in the system .
To achieve this , we have used snapstart feature mentioned in :-
Our sample Link is getting generated as below and it has worked ,successfully in Pega 8.4 cloud .

Now ,we have upgraded to 8.6 cloud .
Post Upgradation ,this link is not working and it is giving me the attached error .
When I tried to open the link from Admin access group in 8.6 , the case is getting opened but the portal is not getting launched .
Can someone ,help us on this on Priorty ?
