pega upgrade 7 to 8.6 issue

as part of pega upgrade declare trigger activity has been introduced, changes to that case has been lost as save of that trigger activity is getting failed.

 

 error in save Table DCIWFCMR.pr_index_ops_fed does not exist in database FCMR 

Test connectivity of this table

Class Index-Operator-Federated is mapped to table DCIWFCMR.pr_index_ops_fed in database FCMR, which does not exist
