Error while doing upgrade from Pega 7.2 to Pega 8.6

i am getting below issue when doing upgrade from pega 7.2 to 8.6 version.

below are the steps followed.

1. downloaded the 8.6version jar files, unzipped and  Set Java Home : export JAVA_HOME=/app/xyz/abc/jdk/zulu Proprietary information hidden-jdk8.0.181-linux_x64 .

2. setupDatabase.propeties configuration done

3. ran the upgrade.sh files.

4. error: INFO - {Instance: PEGARULES PROCESS COMMANDER!07-20 ML0, Upgraded from version: null, Build name: coreAssemblyCached_72_868} (current version)
