Open another work object automatically once the current work object is resolved completed.
I have a req as below-- We have a parent case as O-123. Inside the parent case O-123, we have 2 child cases DIS-1 and DIS-2.
Our requirement is once the DIS-1 is resolved-completed, the other case DIS-2 should be opened automatically without any click in review harness mode, so that user can work on DIS-2.
Note: or time being assume DIS-2 is not resolved-completed.
Any suggestions are appreciated! Thank you.

Hello,
So I guess the operator working on DIS-1 will always be authorized to work on DIS-2 right? I guess you could try to open the assignment manually with a custom activity. Did you try that already?

Yes, I don't think we have Out-Of-The-Box mechanism for this but you could find a place holder and implement your activity to force the open of second case.

Thank you. I Tried using Obj-open-by-handle and passing the instance to open. In the step page, gave as pyWorkPage. So I was able to open the case but, the previous case is breaking as I have oberidden the pyWorkPage of old case with new case.
