No business casee created from email bot

We are trying to create business case from email bot.

Interaction case being created

triage case is being created.but no business case is getting created.Is it that from triage case we have to create the business case manually?

 

Attached are the configuration done .If someone helps us with who to create business case automatically from email through email bot it will be helpful .

I am assuming that you have configured a service case in "Suggested cases" and referring to that in the channel.  Please check if the conditions are being met. Most of the time i"Otherwise" condition might be getting executed.
