Add Callback URL - facebook Messengar webhook NOT working

I'm trying to set up the webhook URL ,but getting the attached error .

Rakshith- Thanks! Followed the steps as mentioned in the post but only problem is setting up the web-hook .Web-hook setting is not working .I tried the following :

i. Used my Pega personal edition URL 

ii. Used ngrok to make it a secured one .But still getting 500 response code .

 

Has anyone faced similar issues while configuring the web-hook for pega?

Your webhook points to wrong endpoint. Please change it to https://***.****.com/prweb/PRHTTPService/channel/srv/fb
