Images given in email are not getting displayed when deployed in outbound campaign.
Hello,
We are currently working on the version 8.2 of Pega Marketing and we wanted to know how can we show the image in email.
We could receive email,but show the message like "The linked image cannot be displayed. The file have been moved, renamed, or deleted. Verify that the link points to the correct file and location."
We already done settings for configuring custom repository storage.And kept one image in a webwb folder in Dev studio.Do I have to use paragraph or section rules?If it possible, we don't want to use Dev studio. We want to configure the procedure in App studio.
Could you tell me the procedure to show the image in App studio.
And more question, can the image upload destination be set externally?

You will need to host the images on an externally accessible location like a CDN. Images uploaded in the Pega Platform are not accessible outside. Pega Marketing has support for external storage repositories like Amazon S3 and Adobe Experience Manager and has connectors for it.

Thank you for your prompt reply.
I set the FS for repository type, but I don't know what values to use in the ruleset.
I configured Configuring custom repository storage(page 33 of the Pega Marketing Implementation Guide ), but I haven't solved the problem yet, so I don't think I can solve it because I haven't set up this ruleset.
Could you please teach me the rule set type and if it possible to configure other setting,please give me the advice.

Hi Rachel,
It will not work with a File System based repository. You would need to host the images on an external ( not pega ) publicly accessible environment like a CDN. Pega Marketing supports integrating with Amazon S3 and Adobe Experience Manager digital asset management platform.
