Batchoutpr table not getting created while launching campaign.
We have launched the marketing campaign but batchoutpr table is not getting created. Need your support here.

This is not enough information to provide a detailed response. I would suggest you start by checking logs for error messages and reviewing any recent changes to the system.

Based on those log messages I don't think this seems like an issue with Campaign configuration. I suggest you raise a support incident for this issue so that it can be fully investigated.
