About Offer Eligibility
Hi.
As I'm configuring offer eligibiFity while using Pega Marketing Uset Guide,I have a question.
Following is the question I want to solve.
Now I think the way to configure offer eligibility is two.
1.By using Targeting approach section in Next Best Action Designer.
2.By using Eligibility section in Offer Rule tab.
Is it correct??
If it's correct, now On Pega Marketing I have implemented,Targeting approach section in Next Best Action Designer don't appear.
1)What should I do to display argeting approach section in Next Best Action Designer??
2)I want you to tell me how to configure Eligibility section in Offer Rule tab.

The Targeting Approach section will appear once the operator has drilled down to a group within an issue. It will disappear if they change to anything not at the group level (see attached screenshot).
Once in edit mode, you'll be able to Configure under Eligibilities and the proposition filters available to select will be from the same Issue/Group that has been selected. You can also Create from that page and if you correctly select the Issue/Group and Save, the new rule will be available to select after refresh.
