I had a question when I configure offer flow.
I can configure "Wait After Sending" by using Send Email shape in offer flow.
I think that it's configured to give expiration date to Send Email shape.
That is if this expiration date passed, customers who receive a offer cannot respond.
And it's not configured to decide end date of campaign,but It's configured to decide end date of Send Email shape.
That particular Offer will get expired once the time which was mentioned in wait shape has reached, that is the status of the offer would be Resolved-OfferExpired.
A campaign will be moved to 'completed' stage, once all the offers in the campaign are resolved.
