Chat offer timeout Maximum offer timeout (Secs)

Hi,

What is the Chat offer timeout Maximum offer timeout (Secs) on the chat queue?

When we submit a lot of chats, some of them are ending because of the wait time. Do I need to increase this Value?

Can I set it to unlimited?

Chat offer time out is the timer that displays in customer service when a chat comes through. When the volume of chats increases, Chat uses an API called waitTimeAPI and doesn't offer chats to CSR when the waitTime generated by API is greater than configured Max Wait Time. May be try increasing maximum wait time as it is set to 10 mins.
