How to close a case set to Scheduled Followup

I have several cases that we set to "Schedule Followup". The cases have been resolved, however I am unable to close the cases. After changing the Case Action to "Close" and adding my notes, it will not allow it close because it wants a disposition. However it will not give the "Disposition" drop down.

Hi, Can you please elaborate more details on your scenario? From the basic extract of your question, if you are unable to close a case , you can use "pxForceCaseClose" out of the box activity.
