Case Closed Date Column

Hi All,

I would like to have a check. For case closing as an end date, which field or property is the most relevant to take it.

Hi,

You could check some of the OOTB reports that comes with Pega, for instance "List of processes resolved by the current operator" under Case Manager > Reports.

This report has the following columns: ID, Description, Status, Create DateTime and Resolved DateTime.
