How close a case in PEGA 7.2.1 in Case Manager Portal?
Hi,
We are using 7.2.1 and we cannot seems to locate case close button in Case Manager portal. Is there something we are missing?
Please see attached screen shot.

Hi Kevin,
The pyCaseHeader you are referring to is from Pega-EndUserUI ruleset, however if they are using UI-Kit the pyCaseHeader doesn't have the close icon from UI-Kit-7:06-01-01, in UI-Kit-7:05-01-01 it's present.

Hello,
This is as per design, from UI-Kit 06-01-01, pyCaseHeader doesn't have the close icon.
If you wish to have it, save as the latest pyCaseHeader and add the icon or use the old UI-Kit version.

Is this portal customized? Is your instance a new 7.2.1 installation or an upgrade from previous versions? The OOTB case manager portal has the 'close' button, see here:

You need to change the design for the Data-Portal.pyPortalContent Section to make use a TabGroup and include the Data-Portal.pyDashboard7 section in the first tab and then drag the DynamicContainer control and place it ont he next tab.
