Unable to Route to Rejection Stage

In my case type i want to route a particular step to receiptionist for approval. so i used pyApproval in flowaction. It has been approved and routed to next step.

but when i reject, the case, it has to route to rejection stage(alternate stage). But it is not going to rejection stage, it is continuing in main life cycle.

please help me solve this issue.

Hi, As per your context, you have configured pyApproval Section in your flow action. Did you configure routing information in your flow? If yes, please share your config details, so that we can look in to that. Otherwise please add routing actions in your flow. If approval is accepted, proceed to next assignment else do change stage.
