Access to Multiple Workbaskets

Hi,

By default pega gives access to the workbasket of workgroup that he/she belongs to.

So now How can I give access to an User to Mutliple workbaskets?

Pega just associates the workbasket to the teams (workgroup) you belong to.


Access to the WB is purely controlled by Role defined in work basket rule.

You can also specify WBs in the operator rule form directly which will be used to Get Next work.
