WorkBasket

Hi,

I had created a Work Basket "LIQManager" which route the assignment see in snapshot "Route1" and configured it in Operator with that work basket (see in Route2 snapshot)

but when i open that Operator, I not seeing the assignment assigned to that work basket when Operator Login.(See in Snapshot "Route4 ")

Display of the workbaskets depend on the work group also. Could you check the RD that is getting called for work baskets display and see which work group is getting passed using tracer.
