Next Best Action Advisor in Pega Marketing for Comms

Hello All,

We installed PMC 7.4(CRM 7.4 and CRMC 7.4).

How should the app stack be if we want to use NBAA in PMC? What should be the built on app and how do we use Pega Marketing frame work here.

The capabilities previously delivered previously by Next Best Action Advisor are now part of Pega’s Customer Service for Communications. I'd suggest evaluating the reasons for using NBAA.
