Can anyone please confirm if the NBAA Product version 7.4 listed in the Digital Software Delivery platform is a legacy version or just a NBAA patch to make it compatible with Pega platform 7.4 and Pega Marketing 7.4 without CRM.
As per my understanding, the legacy version of NBAA is retired from version 7.4 and is part of the CRM suite. So, not sure, why it is listed as a separate version in Digital Software Delivery.
Any advice/suggestion would be of great help.

Yes, NBAA is part of the CRM suite starting from Pega 7.4. The separate version you see on the Delivery platform is for the standalone deployment when you have a third-party customer service application and you want to deploy Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor as a stand-alone application with it.
This allows you to use recommendations and decisions from NBAA without the need of any changes to your existing customer service portal.
