Not able to locate the configurations for next-best-action

Hi

I want to try and see how the next best action concept works. for that i'm unable to locate the configurations. i have referred to CSSA student and exercise guides but the steps for configuring are not so clear.

so,suggest me how to process this and perform next-best-action.
