Pega Next-Best-Action functionality

Hi All,

We are working on Health Care domain Project using Pega 7.1.9 version top of Healthcare and CPM Frame work

(It's a call center application for handling member calls).

We are planning to build Pega Next-Best-Action functionality for members.

1. Which frame work is suitable for Implement Next-Best-Action functionality (Pega Marketing Consultant or Pega Decisioning Consultant or both) ?

2. Which version of CPDC and CPMC will support Peag 7.1.9 version?

Answering your second question as first one really need complete understanding of your business needs and what each of Pega component offers.

You can request for Pega's Customer Decision Hub 7.2.1 or 7.22, both should work for you. 

Also Pega marketing has many releases, you can check any of the v7.xx version.
