how to launch next best action advisor for Pega Collections?

Hi,

 

I'm using a Pega Collections FW application where we have received requests to update the NBA with new tasks. 

 

How do we launch the NBA advisor? Since its Pega Collections and has Customer Service for FS, I assume Pega MKT app is already installed. 

I have checked the App studio and the NBA advisor or designer is not visible there. Please suggest.

Pega versions are given below - 

Pega Customer Service for FS 8.2.2

Pega Platform 8.2.2
