I have taken the quizz for "Exploring Next Best Action Advisor Portal"and I would like to make a remark on question "What contains the WorkList section". The answer gives "Recently completed work" which in my opinion is not correct. Work list contains pending items as mentioned in the video. I imagine the question was to know what appears in the entire screen and not only in the worklist section. The wording of the question should be changed. Resolved work does appear in the screen but not in the Worklist section.
