Javascript API for Next Best Action
HI,
I am very new to Pega Marketing and so this question might be obvious to most of you. However, it would be great to know your views on this.
Is there any out of the box API for fetching the Next Best Action for a given customer? Something that accepts the customer attributes as inputs and gives the next best action as the output. If not out of the box, can this be created in Pega?
Also, is this in the form of a Javascript file (or can be created as one)?
Kindly let me know if anything like this exists.
