Pega Next Best Action Settings

Hi

In 7.2.1 designer studio when the application stack includes "PegaMarketingNBAA_FW" application, we can change Next Best Action Settings where options to "Manage Intents", "Manage Negotiation Groups " , " Manage NBA Actions" appear. Attached is a screenshot.

For 7.4 We are trying to find out how to get that option in the drop down. Its currently missing from the designer studio . Attached is a screenshot.

Hi Siva,

Thank you for posting query in PSC.

In 7.4 , NBAA portal is retired. I dont think you will get the settings in Designer Studio.

Page 46 explains how intent actions are configured in 7.4. 

This path is missing in our environment. Im sure its an issue with missing Pega Customer service application, thats necessary for  7.4 NBAA stack for this to show up.
