Alerts for notifications for assigned cases
Need to add notification in Dashboard , If any case is assigned to particular user, once he login then user will see notification in right side panel (Like Facebook and Linked in) , Below the notification icon will display notification summary, if user click on Notification Summary item then case will open for that user and he will able to proceed.
If anyone come up with any design for this, please share information.

Well I would try to create a repeating SECTION based on user assignments and work on the presentation to be "Notification" like.
I think it should be working.

We might be able to help but Pega Community will not be the good channel for this. Maybe you can request help from Pega Consulting group. Don't forget, customizing too much in order to achieve a customer requirement may end up with a difficult configuration to maintain.
