EXCP alert notification from AES
Hi,
We are using AES for monitoring Pega applications and enabled scorecards, however we would like to monitor specific alert as per our requirements.
Is there any possibility of handling specfic alert(say EXCP001, PEGA002, etc) via notifications in AES?

Hi,
Setup of email account for monitoring the alert is explained in the attached AES installation upgrade guide which contains the section "Set Up the AES Email Account" .

AES has a list of specific event scorecards available for subscription. May of the subscribable scorecards are tied to specific alert codes - the agent failure scorecard is a PEGA0010; the alerts disabled scorecard is PEGA0044
PDC now offers the option to subscribe to EVERY exception received. Use that with caution
What events do you want to subscribe to? Do you want near-real-time or digest feeds?

AES 73 does not have an option to be notified for every exception.
Your options to get this capability immediately are to swtich over to use the PDC service or to make the ehnacement to AES yourself.
