How to Integrate Facebook with PEGA

Can any one please help me how to integrate facebook with Pega.

Hello,

I have referred these links and in the  Facebook Chat Bot Configuration link it is mentioned  in the Prerequisites that we must Purchase a separate license for Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant.

Can you please help me why we need to purchase a separate licence and Is that mandatory to purchase the License and  if purhcased where shall we specify the license details.

Please share me the details related to this.
