DB Port 5432 unavailable error

Hello There!

Hope you all are doing great!

I am not able to install Pega PersonalEdition. The error states that Port 5432(DB Port) is unavailable. Please choose a different port.

Can anyone help me in this.

As you've not mentioned about the server.
