stream service port

We are installing 8.3 and it appears that port 7003 (stream service default) is already being used on our servers. I understand that a new port can be specified in prconfig.xml but I am having difficulty finding the syntax needed for the prconfig.xml entry.

Can someone provide an example?

I found an entry listing how to do it in DSS; this worked for me.  I set the value to a port not being used and was successful after a restart

Pega-Engine • prconfig/dsm/services/stream/pyjmxport/default
