Unable to start Windows application

Hi,

We would need some more information. Is it possible you are not supplying all (or the correct number of) arguments to the application? You can start the application manually and use Process Explorer to see the command line used to start it. That might help narrow down what is happening.

Hi!

We are facing the same error when starting IE. From our perspective it got introduced from recent windows updates. Windows applications like IE and Excel are not working correctly. We will try to make a rollback to previous version to confirm it.
