Unable to Start VM on Windows 7

I'm on a VDI session and have created a Windows 7 virtual machine using my company's Application Testing Cloud. I've downloaded Virtual Box, and configured it as stated in the guide, but when I attempt to start the BAE on 7.1.6 VM, it just says, "Starting Virtual Machine... (2/2)" and it stays at 20%. The machine never starts. Are there other settings that need to be done when attempting start the VM on a virtual machine?
