Unable to start a Listener
Hi,
I am getting the below similar type of error during start of the listener. Please let me know the solution for it.

can you refer the below pega troubleshooting node:

also with error, it looks email account unable to connect you can try connecting manually and let us know updates.
Also, since when are you facing this issue, ?
Is this an upgraded system?
you can also try reconfiguring the listener requestor id and password.

Hello,
I have gone through the above instructions. Yes it is an upgraded system and this email account , listener including the application created after the upgrade from 7.3.0 to 7.3.1.

@ChandraB7724 i would suggest you to check in the PegaRULES log file for the complete stack trace of this error, so that it can provide you a bit more information for further investigation. If not you can try to enable the Email Listener related classes to DEBUG mode and try to troubleshoot it.

Let us know what type of host you uses in the email account configuration .
Can you attach screenshot for email account .

Hello Chandra,
Try SMTPS once in the email account and run the listener and if that also doesn't work connect to a different email server like Yahoo and test .
