Unable to start Windows Adapter

I have stand-alone Openspan Studio v8.0.1084

I am unable to start Windows Adapter. Attached is the error screen-shot.

Usually this occurs when security software is blocking Pega Robotics. It should be whitelisted in your security software to allow it to interact with your applications.
