GetNextWork

we get the cases in getNext based on the Compliance time of a case. Usually, how the cases will be pulled if the compliance time to work on the case is same for all the cases in the list? will it be based on the pyid? please help me out.

I believe you customized the GetNextWork functionality as next work object is assigned based on compliance time of case.

I think if work objects are having same compliance score, based on urgency it will be picked

thanks for your reply. Yes, it is based on our customization. what would be the criteria usually if the urgency is also same for all the assignments. will the cases be pulled based on the case id sequence?
