BIX extracts date time in XML properties are not correct after upgrade
Hi, After upgrade to 7.2.2, BIX extracted date and datetime properties to XML are not in the correct format. Running the BIX extracts manual and through Control M. Please Help on this. After upgrade XML output has different date and datetime format 2015-06-04T00:00:00.000Z Before the upgrade, output was in correct format: 20140904T210000.000 GMT Regards, Muthu

Running the BIX extracts manual and through Control M. -> what do you mean by running it manual and Control M?
Are you observing the 2015-06-04T00:00:00.000Z date format while running from PRPC application and Command Line?

Earlier ExtractImpl and BIXXMLStream files were not included with pxObjClass field due to which the date format was "20140904T210000.000 GMT", it has been fixed from 7.1.6 and now all the versions will use the format "2015-06-04T00:00:00.000Z".

So the date and datetime field values in BIX extract rules will display in the below formats which is expected behavior.
<DateOnlyField>2017-08-02</DateOnlyField>
<DateTimeField>2017-08-02T19:04:00.000Z</DateTimeField>

Bix is just an extract tool which retrieves the data from database as raw data and it doesn't perform any formatting on data. Any how i will try to check with our product specialists if there is any way to display in GMT format and let you know, but during my initial research i couldn't find any way.

After cross checking with the Product specialists came to know that there is no way to display the datetime and date properties in GMT format. If you still need this format you can raise an SR with GCS team, for further investigation by them.
