Issue with BIX Extract after Pega upgrade

After Pega upgrade from 7.3.1 to Pega 8.8.1, The BIX Extract rule is extracting all the records in the system instead of Delta instances and then ended up with running BIX agents for last two days for extracting complete data in the system  and  CSV files are generated with duplicate data.

"Use last updated time as start" checkbox is already checked as it was in 7.3.1 ..

Also i see the pyLastUpdateDate value shows the date when the extract was executed before upgrade.

ot sure what is the issue with it , something is changed in Pega 8 BIX which is not clear to us .
