Shared Mailbox Email Read
We have a requirement to read emails from shared mailbox in outlook. Is there any way to get it done through openspan? Can we change the Mailbox from default to any other?

We have already taken a look at the same link please let us know the correct way of fetching the mails from shared mailbox. I have already given the screenshot of my outlook. Any help is greatly appreciated.

VipulV39, it's safe to say that this feature of getting emails from a shared mailbox is not supported. The Pega Support person also sent me that link doesn't address the shared mailbox at all. If they don't support the feature, why not just say it isn't supported, instead of pointing us to a url that says nothing about what we are trying to accomplish?

HI ,
There is no possibility to read anything from shared mailbox by through openspan. unless u could able to read by logged into outlook as Sharedmailbox. Openspan by default can read the primary logged in profile of outlook.
Only solution is to achieve it by writing C# script alone reading any mailbox items.

I have two outlook accounts(A&B) configured in my machine. In the outlook setting, B is configured as the Default account.
But whenever I send a mail using Outlook, it still sends from A and not B.
Please let us know how this can be corrected
