how to change the case status ?
Hi ,
I have a requirement to update the case status . we have used the pystatuswork property and update the status at assignment shape level successfully.
but we need to see the same status in case level as well as assignment level same time.

Hi,
Setting the pyStatusWork value via the settings on a shape in a flow generally sets the status for the work object (Case) as opposed to the assignment object.

You can verify if the property value is set on the work object by looking at the pyWorkPage via the clipboard when the case is open. If the case is open in perform mode, you can usually review the assignment info on the newAssignPage in the clipboard as well.
You can usually explicitly set the status of a work object by calling the UpdateStatus activity, such as via a utility shape in your flow.
