Getting No ID error when trying to open assignment

Hi,

I have a requirement where I need to send(email) an assignment to an external user. We are creating an OperatorID (Create Ldap User) for the user and routing it to his/herwork list. When the assignment is sent to him/her for the first time, He/She is able to open and perform the assignment. However, When the same user is sent an assignment , for the second time( in the same case, but in a different stage), He/She gets a No ID error. Any ideas on how this can be resolved?

We observed that when the user submits the first assignments it takes him to case summary page. If he doesn't close that work object and tries to open another assignment (in the same WO) that's assigned to him, the NoID/"The flow this assignment corresponds to has been removed." error message is displayed.

Hi Rakshitha,

I am assuming all user operations you mentioned above are done by External User and an assignment link is sent to user using email ( DWA).  In this scenario link will have the assignment key of that specific assignment only. with this link user can act only that assignment.

User has to click on the second link sent for the other assignment and from there he can perform. 

as said, if I understand your question correctly then it is expected behavior.

Hi Pushpa,

We haven't used a DWA. We have used a corr-fragment to create the assignment link (Assignment can be performed after log in). And we are sending him another mail for the 2nd assignment with the new assignment key. Is this the expected behavior in that case too?

Note that the 2 assignments are different (created and sent to the same user during different case stages)

Hi Rakshita,

Do you see those assignment in the work list with status "Error: Flow Removed"? Can you provide the version of PRPC or provide the screen print of the Work-. Close activity?

Hi Rakshitha,

There is no PRPC with v7.2.6 available (is this v7.1.6?). Kindly capture the tracer and share, I would suggest you to raise a SR as this needs an analysis of the implementation and the tracer.
