Getting error when open WHEN rule.
Getting following error when open when rule, it is happening in one environment others are working fine. PRPC version 7.2.1 DB:Oracle
Problem executing pzAssemblePreprocess for RULE-HTML-SECTION RULE-OBJ-WHEN RULEFORMLAYOUT #20160330T101422.536 GMT com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: .pySections(3).pyDeferLoadRetrievalActivity: Validate does not exist for use by this record (Validate)
Need a help to resolve this issue.

Since you have one working and one non working envirinment, I would recommend you first compare tracer of both the enviornment and thne share the difference,

As you are saying this is happening only one of the environment, can you check the operatorID and application rule associated to him.
As the operator trying to access/ open the rule may not have access , due to the application versions / ruleset versions and ruleset pre-requisites , verify the order in both environments. Check that wether operator is having visibility to access that when rule.

is this issue still exists and as per you it is happening in one environment only - my question is here it is multinode environment ? if yes - can you try with restart the server by clearing the cache and deleting rule_marker.txt, Delete TempDirectory
