Call center - CTI integration that supports switching between tenants
HI All,
If there is a call center running Pega application with multi tenant architecture. Is it possible to have a CTI solution to support multi tenant?.
For Ex:
There are 10 different tenants. Same CSR in the callcenter should be able to receive and service call for any of the 10 tenants.
Switching between different tenants based on the customer call?
