We use multi tenancy and setup every client as seperate tenant. our call center solution uses CTI.
Agents in our call center trying to login into the CTI from both the tenant application.
When we try to login into the CTI phone from Tenant App 1 (browser 1) Its success. After that if the Agent try to login into Tenant App 2 CTI (browser 2). Tenant App1 is getting logged out.
The requirement, will we be able to login into the same CTI phone with 2 different application (tenant url ). Once call comes, based on the call data and logic, display the CTI pop up on the respective application.
Is there any configuration or option to allow the agent to login into same CTI through 2 browser?
