OOTB Pega functionaity to update/cancel a meeting request that was already sent from Pega
Is there an OOTB Pega functionaity to update/cancel a meeting request that was already sent from Pega?
I see the function SendEmailMessage which can be used to send a Meeting Invite, but no way to update or cancel.
I also see that the flowAction SendMeetingRequest can do the above with the limitation of not being able to update or cancel.
Please post if anybody has a different experience.
Note: We already have an EWS solution, but wanted to move towards OOTB.

Hello Prashanth, In my review of the OOTB options, I do not see one applicable to meeting updates and cancellations. That's not to say there isn't a mechanism to configure them to do so.

Thanks for confirming that. It is in sync with what I have seen in the documentation too.
So, we'll continue to use the custom solution that we currently have using EWS.
