Query regarding a question in Fundamentals of 7.2
What three questions should you ask when creating a correspondence? (Choose Three)
Which email server should the correspondence use?
How often should you send the correspondence?
Who is the user that receives the correspondence?
How will the correspondence be sent?
When does the correspondence need to be sent?

1 is correct as the Email-Account should be configured if sending external correspondence.

2 is correct because how many times you send the corresponding for a case do matter.like say in a report can be configured to send the recurring mails.

3 is correct.

4 is correct

5 is correct.

so why in the quiz 1,2 are not correct?

I can understand your assumptions, but all quiz answers are derived from the course curriculum only. The question is not related to how the correspondence is generated (email server) or reporting on the correspondence. The question is about creating the actual correspondence (template) in Pega itself. The lesson describes Who (work party), What (type of correspondence such as Email, Mail, PhoneText, Fax) an When (the shape used in the flow and the location of that shape within the flow).

The correct responses are 3, 4, and 5.

I hope this helps to explain the quiz responses.

The correct answers seems to be 3, 4, and 5 as explained in below mentioned syllabus:
