While answering the questions given in one of the lessions in "Agent Channel Marketing" under "Marketing Essentials 7.1", I came across a question that asks, "on the NBAA home screen, under My worklist section, what can we see? (Choose 3)?"
Options were a) All work items for the day, b) Work for approval, c) Recent completed work and d)Paused work.
COrrect answers are given as a, c and d. How can "C" be one of the answers? can we see Recent completed work under my worklist? and why not b? If any work for approval from the logged in agent is present, then it should be a open one and should be presented under my work list right? Please correct me if I am wrong anywhere and please clarify. Thanks in advance.
c) You can see recently completed work as follows. From the home tab of the NBAA portal click on an open case, for example OF-1, then accept the suggested offers and complete the case. Next click on the home tab to navigate back to it and you will see the case listed in a panel labelled "Recent Work", showing a status of "complete".
b) There is no section or panel on the NBAA portal which displays work which needs approval - using this portal an operator can appove all of their own work and does not approve the work of others.
Apologies for the inconvenience. You are right, the question is in the context of 'My Work List' and not the entire portal.
We'll get the Quiz corrected for future students.
