Doubt regarding availability of certificate in Pega Transcript

Hello,

I completed my certification CSA 7.2 on 10-11-2016. Till now I haven't received my certificate in Pega Transcript. I had given two different email Id's in Pearson account and PDN login but in PDN user account, the email Id I had given in Pearson Vue is available as alternate email address. When I can download my certificate from Pega Transcript.

Once you have completed your exam, the certification will be posted to the email account linked with PearsonVue about a week after your result is out. So, please ensure that the email address used to register for the exam is the same as the email address used to sign into PDN. If not, please add the additional email into your profile.
