Regarding Pega 7.1 certification

Pega 7.2 has come to existance and I got a mail stating that Pega 7.1.6 contents will be removed from the website after October 1, 2016. So will the CSA certification for Pega 7.1.6 be valid after October 1, 2016.

The Certified System Architect (CSA) exam for version 7.2 (PEGACSA72V1) is now available. The CSA Version 7.1 exam will be retired on December 31, 2016. You must register for and take the exam by that date. No retakes will be allowed.

The Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) exam for version 7.2 (PEGACPBA72V1) is now available. The CPBA Version 7.1 exam will be retired on December 31, 2016. You must register for and take the exam by that date. No retakes will be allowed.

The Certified Pega Marketing Consultant (CPMC) exam for version 7.13 (PEGACPMC71V2) is now available. Registration for the CPMC Version 7.1 exam closed on May 31, 2016.

Sir, actually when I was applying today for pega csa 7.1 it was asking me to do payment and lock seat. So is CSA 7.1 retired or we can give the exam now as well?

Hi, it is still available. Probably not for long. I guess it has not been removed yet because of bank holidays.
