Are you trying to use an Advanced Agent?

And If so what Access Group is associated to your Agent ruleset?

Is your Activity in the Access Group's Application?

Also are you attempting to run authenticated or unauthenticated?

Does your Activity require Authentication?

Have you tried a simple 1-step Activity that does Log-Message?
